1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Convita mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. License grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Verdalyne Health Sciences, LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a device you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. All right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all associated intellectual property, remain with Verdalyne Health Sciences, LLC.

3. Acceptable use

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where permitted by applicable law
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation
• Misrepresent the App's purpose or function, including presenting it as a medical device, diagnostic tool, or treatment tool
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its underlying systems

4. No medical advice — wellness-only disclaimer

This is the most important section of these Terms, so we state it plainly: Convita is a lifestyle support tool, not a diagnosis or treatment.

The App is designed to support healthy eating decisions by helping you plan and track meals against your own diagnosed conditions and nutrient thresholds. It does not diagnose any condition, does not prescribe or recommend medication or dosage, and does not replace the personalized advice of a healthcare provider.

Where the App surfaces a relationship between a logged symptom and your tracked nutrient intake, this reflects a correlation drawn from your own data — never a claim about what is causing your symptom, and never a guarantee that any dietary change will resolve it. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition, symptom, or before making significant changes to your diet.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any nutrient calculation or recipe suggestion will be error-free or appropriate for your specific circumstances.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Verdalyne Health Sciences, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as the App evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
